About Cas

I help people break free from old conditioning, embody their truest selves, and live with deeper self-trust and freedom. Through a blend of somatic & embodiment work, compassionate mindfulness, and transformational shadow work, I guide you in shedding the patterns that hold you back so you can step fully into your most empowered life.
With a background in psychotherapy, psychedelic integration, and somatic intimacy coaching, I offer a unique approach that weaves together mind, body, and spirit. My work is deeply rooted in embodiment, emotional liberation, and authentic connection—whether through 1:1 therapy, women’s mentorships and groups, or expanded-states journeys.
I believe that healing is not just personal—it’s profoundly relational and global. When we work through the patterns that keep us stuck in fear, shame, or disconnection, we open the door to deeper intimacy with ourselves, each other, and the world around us. From this place, we can show up with more clarity, courage, and compassion.
Supporting individual healing and transformation is, to me, one of the most powerful ways to create meaningful change in the world. When we return to our wholeness, we disrupt systems of harm, embody new ways of relating, and remember what it means to be fully alive... in our own bodies and in our collective human consciousness.
